- Minimum amount of girls for weekend party is 8.
- A $150.00 deposit is required to reserve all dates/times and in order to start your birthday party planning process. Final payment is due the day of the event (prior to the start of the birthday party). No exceptions.
- For your convenience, you can use Visa, Master Card, or AMEX for deposits. (Party is not booked until deposit is made.)
- VERY IMPORTANT! Final headcount confirmation is required 3 days before your party.
- Please advise guest to arrive on time.
- Our hostesses are ready to start at your scheduled time.
- Additional time can be added to any spa package at the time of booking at the rate of $50 for 1/2 hour or $100 for 1 hour.
- Parties are for the children. Parents are welcome to watch and support in designated waiting area.
- You are welcome to arrive 15 mins. before your party
- You are responsible to pay for all confirmed number of guests attending. (Example: confirmed for 8 girls but only 6 attend. You will still have to pay for 8.)
- Hostesses will not negotiate price at time of party.
- We can accommodate last minute parties, if openings are available.
- To receive a full refund you must cancel your spa event 30 days prior to event.
- If any Spa event is canceled less than 30 days from the day of your event, the client forfeits the full deposit.
- Please have any nail polish removed. We do not to remove polish.
- To ensure safety and sanitation, we do not cut nails, cuticle or use curling iron on hair. We use all disposable applicators for make-up application.
